What I’ve listed here is not “theory” it’s real life choices that can be made to heal us, after the storm of pain and hurt has entered our lives. We can choose to be healed, despite of what happened. We can level the seemingly insurmountable hurt-field and overcome.
When we are re-filtering again and again those negative words, lies, or accusations through our minds and hearts, its the equivalent of running waste water to our faucets, and taking cup after cup, because those words are poison and if we continually digest them, we’re only committing self-inflicted injury. You keep what you hang on to, we have to choose healing.
